1. Do you ship overseas?

For now, we only ship locally in Singapore.

2. How long is the order processing time?

We will need 2-3 working days to pack and deliver your order. Items will be sent via SingPost. A flat fee shipping fee of $4 per delivery will be charged for purchase below $100. For orders $100 and above, delivery is free.

I placed an order but there’s no confirmation email sent to my account?

During certain high traffic periods, such as sales periods, there might be a slight delay of confirmation emails being sent to your email account. If you do not receive an email from us after 2 hours, please kindly drop us an email at customercare@lady2ladies.com with your order details, we will get back to you within 1 working day.

4. It’s been more than 5 days and I have yet to receive my purchased items?

All registered parcels come with a tracking number. Your tracking number will be sent to your email notification. Please kindly check your registered parcel on http://www.singpost.com/track-items . If you are unsure, please kindly drop us an email at customercare@lady2ladies.com with your order details, we will get back to you within 1 working day.

5. The item I want is out of stock! Will you be restocking the items?

We work with budding designers for most of our products, so it really depends. You can drop us an email with the item name, size etc and we will check for you if we can bring in the product for you. There’s no guarantee but we’ll try our best and respond to you within 5 working days.

6. Are the Swarovski crystals real?

Yes, they are 100% Swarovski crystals, the exact same ones as what you will find in Swarovski store. We’re one of Swarovski exclusive online partners, so you can be sure what you purchase is definitely an authentic product.

Can I order other Swarovski products that I see at the Swarovski shops with you? Is it cheaper?

We do not carry all Swarovski products, so it depends on the Swarovski product that you are interested in. If you do not see it on our online store, drop us an email at customercare@lady2ladies.com with an image and details of the product, we will check and get back to you.

Why are your Swarovski products cheaper than the store?

Other than just being a Swarovski exclusive online partner; at Lady2Ladies, we do not run a physical store, hence our overhead costs are lower. We’re able to give back the cost savings to our consumers, like you.
